Comedy...

Me again - My comedy cv page.

Anthony King - The man responsible for me doing what I do. Website coming soon focusing on Anthony's comedy and his stand-up workshops.

Ship of Fools - The organization that ran the workshop I attended, plus a nice bunch of people who give me gigs.

Leicester Comedy Festival - More nice people. Run the yearly festival in February of each year and the Summer Raspberry at De Montfort Hall. Hopefully see you there in 2006.

Bottle Rocket Comedy - Leicester comedy club run by Adnan Ahmed, bloody nice bloke who runs a bloody nice club. Hosts a lot of top-notch acts.

Chortle - Holy crap, tons of comedy stuff here.

Comedy Cafe - I'll be performing there in November at one of their open mic nights, a club I've heard many good things about.

Just The Tonic - It may be in Nottingham (bandit country to a LCFC fan), but it's a great club where I did my first ever "proper" gig.

Hilarity House - An excuse for a night out in Kidderminster, promoted by the top-notch Zak Turner.

Buzzcomedy - Gigs and venues galore throughout the wonderful, wonderful North.

Jongleurs - I may be a way off performing there, but still a great place to have a night out.

Jono Loves Goats - Ages old, but one of the funniest practical jokes I've ever played.

C***s Corner - My dad hates me saying that word, so I've censored it. Despite saying it onstage. Funniest website ever.

If you have a comedy night or venue that you would like to promote, or if you're a comic with your own website - then email me and we'll do some lovely linking.

Comedians...

Andy Kind - One of the funniest people I've ever met, plus has the added joy of being one of the nicest people walking the planet today. Obviously I've not talked to them all, but I'm right. Trust me. Such a top bloke that you presume he must have an evil twin somewhere in the spirit of Yin and Yang.

Big D - I once remarked that Big D isn't called so because he's a big guy called Dave, but because he has a penis like a peanut. I lied. He is called Dave. Like my comedy brother, he is.

Rob Gee - One half of Rob and Skatz, performance poet and all around good egg.

Skatz - The other half of the aforementioned Rob and Skatz. Lovely chaps, fantastically funny and if you take a road trip with them as I have done, you look like their care in the community officer.

Zak Turner - Damn funny bloke. Runs a great gig, is a great compere and likes the Ramones. Awesome.

Other Stuff I like...

Leicester City Football Club - The team that I watch, home and away, every week with my Dad. I feel the relationship between men and team has transgressed beyond "love" to "dull acceptance". Bless those lovely blue boys.

Banksy - I love graffiti and street art, and Banksy is a genius.

Honet / HNT - See above, another genius.

Eboy - More art, just the pixellated kind this time.

Minipops - If you're bored, play this game.

Queens of the Stone Age - My favourite band on the planet. I even have a song lyric of theirs tattooed on my back. Seriously.

My Chemical Romance - Best gig I've seen this year featured this lot, awesome stuff.

Death From Above 1979 - What evil sounds like.

Warp Records - My favourite record label, ever. Go buy Boards of Canada records now.

Epitonic - A good place for free sample MP3s from some weird and wonderful bands.

The Clash - The greatest band of all time.

My CD Reviews - I used to write reviews for a website called 411mania, my reviews are here.

Salad - My good buddy Jamie Smart's company. They do many wondrous things with your mind, go see.
